This course is offered as an online instructor-led session with an optional proctored certification exam on the last day of each seminar. Part A exam covers CBRM seminar and Part B covers RPM seminar. A candidate passing both Part A and Part B exam becomes eligible for RPMP and CBRM certifications.

Part B teaches a methodology to apply the established project management principles, processes, and policies to Business Continuity and Resiliency (BCR) program and projects from their conception to completion. This course teaches a project management approach to ensure that BCR program and projects are well-planned, well-executed, and well-documented.
Days 4-5: RPM (Resiliency Project Management) Seminar + Optional RPM exam.
RPMP certification will be awarded when a passing score is achieved on Part A and Part B exams.
